Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and 0-1 years related experience
Able to read, write, speak and understand English at a good comprehensive level
Knowledge on computer and programmable Controller Software
Must be available to work irregular hours
Able to travel
Must comply with plant safety procedures, good manufacturing practices
Work under pressure of deadlines
Work with minimum supervision and self started
Good interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility

Examine, diagnose and correct operational problems related to equipment in manufacturing process and plant building areas
Validate project to improve efficiency of production machine
Modify components for manufacturing machines
Review specifications of blue prints of mechanical and electrical components
Understand logical sequence of programmable controller
Troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical & mechanical systems on new automated machines
Install new machines and ensure proper operation in compliance with quality and manufacturing procedures
Repair and provide maintenance to equipment using sophisticated testing equipment and specialized manuals
Support production lines to maintain machines and manufacturing equipment working in excellent conditions
Disassemble equipment, disconnect controls and remove defective parts

Knowledge all areas of general diagnostic radiology
Understanding of positioning and technique factors as in Merrill’s Directory
Able to perform all common radiologic procedures
ARRT Registry within one year employment
IEMA License
Able to respond to request to work on short notice
Flexible in starting times to meet demand
May require rotating shifts and alternate days

Job Responsibility

Accountable for the performance and documentation of all diagnostic procedures utilizing proper technical parameters to produce quality studies
Positions patient, adjusts equipment, secures immobilization and support devices as needed to perform procedures
Identifies each patient correctly prior to an exam procedure being performed, using two forms of identification, as indicated by the established Advocate Healthcare Time out protocol
Communicates effectively using AIDET with patients before, during and after exams to assure their comfort and cooperation
Provides explanation of delay for testing to patients who are waiting past their scheduled test times
Demonstrates good oral communications skills with patients, fellow associates, physicians and administration
Adheres to Standards of Behavior at all times
Responsible for database entry of appropriate exam charges, starting, completing and verifying each exam for appropriate interpretation by physician upon completion
Responsible for maintaining patient privacy while obtaining patient history and any pertinent continuing discussion
Adherence to proper handwashing technique at all times
