Controls Engineer to work in Jacksonville, FL.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide leadership to engineers & Level 1 engineers in the form of technical, procedural & organizational guidance
  • Design, develop & integrate new functionality across all line conversions
  • Perform detail design reviews for each functionality change developed
  • Investigate root causes of manufacturing & safety issues
  • Propose software changes to address issues identified
  • Create related PLC code documentation, PLC ladder logic comments, written technical configuration
  • Align technical team to a set of tasks based on PLC optimization
  • Provide engineering with all documentation & verify all procedures for maintenance are correct for maintenance & operations manuals

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer
  • 60 months engineering experience
