We are seeking a Controlling & Reporting Specialist to provide transparent, accurate and timely financial insights that support management decision-making. This role plays a key part in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, working closely with business and cross-functional teams to explain results, improve processes and strengthen the control environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support monthly financial reviews and coordinate the preparation of review materials during the closing process
Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc management reports, including comprehensive reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders
Analyse financial performance and clearly explain variances against forecast and prior periods in collaboration with business teams
Drive planning activities, including budgets, forecasts and long-range plans
Act as a finance process consultant, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting process optimisation and automation initiatives
Contribute to finance system developments and promote efficient, standardised processes
Identify control weaknesses and help establish a robust and compliant control environment
Coach colleagues to enhance finance knowledge and process capabilities across the team
Requirements:
At least 3 to 4 years of experience gained in the field of financial controlling and reporting
Confident in end-to-end finance and reporting processes, with a structured and detail-oriented approach
Skilled in financial systems and tools, including MS Office (particularly Excel), SAP Finance, SAP ECC/BW, Hyperion and related reporting platforms
Knowledgeable in SOX, IFRS and local GAAP requirements
Fluent in English
A collaborative communicator with the ability to explain complex financial topics clearly to diverse stakeholders
Comfortable coordinating activities, managing priorities and contributing to project-based work
A proactive individual who values accuracy, customer focus and continuous improvement
A certified accountant or holder of an equivalent international qualification (preferred)
