Job Responsibility:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three
Develop financial models and forecasts, providing monthly management reporting with actionable insights and recommendations to global leadership
Lead the annual budgeting process across the entire value chain from Purchasing and Production to Commercial Operations
Drive the implementation of new systems, AI, and automation to eliminate manual work and optimize processes
Support strategic investments, expansions, M&A activities, and operational improvements through rigorous cost-benefit analysis
Put together forecasts, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports while deep-diving into SAP data
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred)
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business controlling, including strong background in industrial/plant environments
Fluent English
German language skills are a significant advantage
Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency
Energetic, proactive hunter mindset
Resilience and diplomacy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
