Controller

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of the accounting service
• Develop and implement the company's policies, procedures and financial systems
• Participate in the determination of the cost price
• Issue accurate and timely monthly financial statements
• Manage the annual budget process
• Analyze variances and produce ad hoc management reports
• Propose solutions to improve the various processes and internal controls in place
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of the financial information system
• All other related tasks

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• CPA, an asset
• Bilingual environment
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Ability to manage time well, through tight deadlines and to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
