We are looking for a hands-on Controller to join our client in West Hollywood, California. In this role, you will oversee financial operations and drive strategic initiatives to ensure the company's financial health. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, maintaining timely and efficient workflows
  • Lead month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, ideally within the real estate or property management industries
  • Strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements related to tax filings and audits
  • Advanced skills in financial software tools and data analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments
