Controller

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and manage cash flow reports
• Implement and refine cash management strategies
• Present detailed monthly financial reports to executive team
• Collaborate in creation of annual budget and financial forecasts
• Evaluate and improve accounting systems and internal controls
• Provide leadership and mentorship to departmental staff
• Assist in audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 3 years in senior accounting roles (Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Assistant Controller)
• Experience working in large organizations
• Proficiency in financial tools and systems, including PeopleSoft and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing, and general ledger processes
• Expertise in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
• Ability to balance high-level strategic functions with day-to-day accounting operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
