Controller

• Lead, manage, and mentor an accounting team to ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with regulations
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Provide leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a focus on cost accounting and inventory management
• Leverage advanced Excel skills to create data models and analyze key financial metrics
• Monitor and improve financial and operational processes for increased efficiency
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including tax filings and audits
• Collaborate across departments to align financial strategies with overall company objectives

• Manufacturing Industry Expertise: Understanding of financial operations specific to manufacturing, including production costs and inventory controls
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ Years of Controller Experience: Proven leadership in managing accounting functions and guiding financial strategy as a Controller
• Firm Understanding of Cost Accounting & Inventory Management: Demonstrate expertise in cost efficiency, inventory valuation, and process improvements
• Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in data management, building models, and delivering actionable insights from complex datasets
