Job Description:

The Controller will be part of a dynamic team, where the primary responsibility will be to oversee the financial activities, including the preparation of financial reports, direct investment activities, and implement cash management strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage full cycle accounting operations
Implement and maintain job costing procedures
Direct and oversee budgeting and forecasting activities
Carry out detailed analysis and reporting on financial data
Manage and implement revenue recognition accounting in line with ASC 606
Be actively involved in budget processes
Handle the manufacturing cost accounting process
Utilize NetSuite for various financial operations
Use Microsoft Excel for advanced financial analysis
Manage and direct the percentage (%) of completion, BOM, and work orders
Develop and coach team members to improve overall team performance

Requirements:

Proficiency in Budget Processes
Experience in Manufacturing industry
Familiarity with Manufacturing Cost Accounting
Knowledge of Standard Cost Accounting
Ability to handle percentage (%) of completion tasks
Expertise in Job Cost
Proficiency in Revenue Recognition Accounting
Skills in Budgeting - Forecasting
Experience in using NetSuite software
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Full Cycle Accounting
