Job Responsibility:
General ledger management
Accurate and timely monthly closes
Account reconciliations
Cash management and forecasting
Strengthening and maintaining internal controls
Non‑income tax compliance
Oversight of payroll, retirement plans, accounts payable, and accounts receivable/billing
Serving as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax professionals
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Spot trends and communicate their implications
Collaborate effectively across departments
Recommend and defend strategic actions, even when they challenge the status quo
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
At least seven years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
Familiarity with Tier 2 ERP systems
Nice to have:
Background in multi‑location or multi‑company environments
