Controller

• Oversee all daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and the month-end close process
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
• Manage and refine financial reporting systems within Sage Intacct, ensuring accurate multi-entity consolidations and intercompany transactions
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and internal controls across all organizational entities
• Partner with leadership teams in finance, operations, and production to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
• Coordinate annual audit activities and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors
• Oversee tax compliance and filings in collaboration with external providers, ensuring accuracy across multi-state operations

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong experience with Sage Intacct
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and financial consolidations
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
