This role will oversee core accounting functions, strengthen internal controls, and provide financial insight to support business performance and strategic planning.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and cash management
Lead month-end and year-end close processes and prepare accurate financial statements
Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
Analyze costs, margins, and operational performance to support decision-making
Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and reconciliation processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate audits and serve as liaison with external advisors
Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
Support enhancements to ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
Proficiency in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis
Advanced knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
Proven ability to streamline processes, meet tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities effectively
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring and managing teams
