The Controller will report directly to a technically strong CFO (CPA, public accounting background) who values accuracy, integrity, and a collaborative approach. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle and supporting financial planning activities for the organization. This individual will lead day-to-day accounting operations while also contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in the details while also partnering with leadership to drive financial insight.
