Controller

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a controllership role
• Strong understanding of Japanese accounting standards (J-GAAP)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Business level or above proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)

• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
