We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead consolidated accounting and financial oversight across multiple business entities. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance specialist with strong manufacturing accounting experience and the ability to produce accurate, timely reporting in a complex operating environment. The role will play a key part in managing close activities, strengthening financial visibility, and supporting informed business decisions.
Job Responsibility
Direct the preparation and consolidation of financial results across multiple entities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with reporting standards
Oversee month-end and period-end close activities, coordinating timelines, reconciliations, and review procedures to deliver timely financial information
Produce and analyze financial statements and management reports that highlight operational performance, key trends, and areas requiring attention
Apply manufacturing cost accounting principles to evaluate production costs, inventory valuation, and margin performance
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and internal controls
Use advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to organize data, perform detailed financial analysis, and support executive reporting
Support audit readiness and maintain documentation that substantiates balances, transactions, and consolidation entries
Contribute to finance-related process improvements and operational changes that affect accounting workflows when needed
Requirements
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles with demonstrated success in a Controller or senior-level accounting capacity
Hands-on experience consolidating financial results and preparing reports for multiple entities
Strong background in manufacturing accounting, including cost accounting and inventory-related financial analysis
Proven ability to manage month-end close and deliver complete, accurate financial reporting on schedule
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and reconciliation activities
Solid understanding of financial statements, consolidation processes, and accounting controls
Experience working in complex or international business environments is strongly preferred
