Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Controller to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and lead a team of three talented accounting professionals. As the Controller, you will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring efficient operations, and providing strategic insights to help drive organizational success.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
Supervise and mentor a team of three accounting professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Manage budgeting and cash flow to ensure optimal financial performance and sustainability
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with precision and compliance
Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Maintain and optimize asset management programs
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance business performance based on financial analyses
Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term financial planning

Requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles
Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Expertise in preparing financial statements, managing general ledger activities, and overseeing month-end close processes
Strong skills in budgeting, cash management, and financial reporting
Knowledge of asset management, including fixed asset tracking and depreciation
Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic decision-making
