Controller

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial activities
• Lead the preparation and delivery of financial reports, including month-end close processes, while maintaining the integrity of the general ledger
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and scalable processes to support the company’s rapid expansion
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the financial stability of the organization
• Coordinate and oversee audit processes, acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Collaborate closely with operations, FP&A, and executive leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives
• Address technical accounting matters and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Enhance and optimize financial systems and infrastructure to support evolving business needs

• At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including a background in auditing with a Big 4 firm
• Proven experience as a Controller in a high-growth or scaling company
• Strong familiarity with technical accounting principles and practices
• Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build and refine accounting processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Expertise in managing month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow
• Comfortable working with and improving financial systems and infrastructure
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team
