Job Description

As a Controller, you will be responsible for planning and managing plant financial resources, providing decision-making information to guarantee and optimize financial performance and competitiveness, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the site's financial information in accordance with group and division policies.

  • General Ledger Management: Overseeing the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Financial variance analysis, planning, and reporting (Monthly result, Weekly Financial Flash, Monthly Forecast, Budget)
  • Responsible for the complete costing process
  • KPIs development, monitoring, and control
  • Operational and financial internal controls, development, monitoring, and control
  • Investment projects process control - CAPEX
  • Responsible for the technical development plan career of people under his charge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in accounting, finance or similar area
  • More than 5 years of experience in the position
  • English Advanced level
  • Highly skilled in accounting and financial processes
  • Preparation & Accuracy on Financial statements (Balance sheet, P&L, Cash flow)
  • Cost accounting and costing process
  • Internal Control (Financial and operational)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis
