Job Responsibility:

Lead all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting
Oversee month-end close, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Develop and streamline processes to support scalability and business growth
Provide strategic financial insights to leadership, helping drive key business decisions

Requirements:

Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager with 8+ years of Experience
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement
Hands-on mentality—someone who enjoys both strategy and execution
Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP systems
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Tech Savvy: Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or other ERP systems
Problem-Solving Pro: You don’t just report the numbers—you analyze, strategize, and optimize to drive smart financial decisions
Process Guru: You love making things more efficient and creating systems that actually make sense
Hands-On Mentality: No ivory tower here—this role is both strategic and tactical
Strong Communicator: You can translate accounting jargon into real talk and work well with non-finance teams
Growth Mindset: You’re adaptable, love a challenge, and aren’t afraid to help build something from the ground up
