Job Responsibility:

  • Lead all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting
  • Oversee month-end close, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Develop and streamline processes to support scalability and business growth
  • Provide strategic financial insights to leadership, helping drive key business decisions

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager with 8+ years of Experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement
  • Hands-on mentality—someone who enjoys both strategy and execution
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or other ERP systems
  • Problem-Solving Pro: You don’t just report the numbers—you analyze, strategize, and optimize to drive smart financial decisions
  • Process Guru: You love making things more efficient and creating systems that actually make sense
  • Hands-On Mentality: No ivory tower here—this role is both strategic and tactical
  • Strong Communicator: You can translate accounting jargon into real talk and work well with non-finance teams
  • Growth Mindset: You’re adaptable, love a challenge, and aren’t afraid to help build something from the ground up
