Job Responsibility
Produce and review monthly financial statements, including period-end entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis versus budget and forecasts
Develop and maintain dashboards (KPIs, margins, revenues, profitability) to support decision-making
Lead the budgeting and reforecasting process, ensuring consistency of assumptions with the teams
Develop financial models for planning, growth scenarios, and financing needs
Participate in acquisition transactions (M&A): analysis, modeling, due diligence, and integration
Identify and implement process improvements (automation, standardization, shortening closing timelines)
Strengthen internal controls and structure processes to ensure the reliability of financial information
Act as a business partner to management through targeted analyses (profitability, pricing, resource allocation)
Supervise a small finance team, supporting skills development and ensuring the quality of deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
CPA designation considered an asset
4 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or in an accounting firm
Experience in a multinational or high-growth environment highly desired
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365, or equivalent) as well as reporting and BI tools
Strong analytical skills, professional rigor, and great attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a complex environment, to effectively prioritize, and to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various financial and operational teams
Nice to have
CPA designation
Experience in a multinational or high-growth environment
