Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate financial management, with at least 5 years in a Controller role
Expertise in month-end close processes, financial reporting, and internal control systems
Proven ability to prepare accurate and timely financial statements and budgets
Strong knowledge of forecasting and budgeting methodologies
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to accounting and reporting
