Controller

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting functions
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial records while maintaining compliance with established accounting standards
• Design and implement robust internal controls to protect company assets and improve operational efficiency
• Supervise daily accounting activities, such as payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Conduct financial performance analyses and provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance workflows and streamline financial processes
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and industry practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate financial management, with at least 5 years in a Controller role
• Expertise in month-end close processes, financial reporting, and internal control systems
• Proven ability to prepare accurate and timely financial statements and budgets
• Strong knowledge of forecasting and budgeting methodologies
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to accounting and reporting

Familiarity with the produce industry is a plus
