Controller

• Lead month-end closing procedures, ensuring timely preparation of financial results and operational metrics reporting
• Analyze and present financial performance, highlighting key variances against budgets and previous years
• Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet and adherence to accounting policies and procedures while maintaining robust internal controls
• Manage the implementation and administration of NetSuite systems, including Oracle/NetSuite
• Oversee transaction accounting processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets
• Develop and maintain accounting controls and procedures that support audit readiness
• Provide information and support for external auditors and tax advisors during annual filings
• Perform additional duties as required to support business operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in cost accounting principles and practices
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite systems
• Thorough understanding of U.S. accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and collaborate across all levels of the organization
