Controller

• Supervise the finance and accounting department
• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Develop and deliver the annual budget to the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, analyzing and reporting budget variances
• Oversee monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting practices and adherence to internal controls

• Familiarity with managing audit processes and internal controls
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and teams across the organization
