Job Description:

This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to lead financial operations, oversee key processes, and implement effective policies. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and a passion for driving organizational success.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, implement, and refine financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Lead and manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Oversee, mentor, and support team members to foster growth and productivity
Manage document control processes, ensuring proper organization and accessibility
Supervise document scanning and compilation activities to maintain thorough and accurate records
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance financial reporting
Ensure the integrity of financial data by maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Provide strategic insights and guidance to improve financial performance and decision-making

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting
Proven expertise in document control and management processes
Strong knowledge and practical experience with document scanning and organization
Ability to compile and manage financial records with precision and efficiency
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and team development
Comprehensive understanding of monthly close processes and financial reporting
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Effective communication abilities to interact with teams and stakeholders
