Job Responsibility

  • Lead the financial close process and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounting records and financial systems
  • Ensure financial reports comply with GAAP
  • Develop, review, and monitor budgets
  • Conduct financial forecasting and analyze variances between actuals and budget, providing actionable insights to management
  • Optimize cash management strategies and practices to maintain liquidity and solvency
  • Mentor the accounting team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 6+ years in accounting preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, impeccable accuracy and attention to detail, and experience guiding accounting staff.
