Job Responsibility:
Oversee fund administration: closes, audits, tax, and valuations
Manage financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and treasury
Maintain systems for deal tracking, portfolio monitoring, and fund analytics
Prepare LP communications, management reports, and audit/tax materials
Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support fundraising and due diligence activities
Requirements:
6–10+ years in fund accounting, finance operations, or fund administration in VC, PE
Strong GAAP, tax, audit, and fund accounting expertise
CPA or tax experience preferred
Startup mentality: agile, hands-on, and collaborative
High integrity, attention to detail, and strategic mindset
