Controller

• Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control standards
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with external auditors and support annual audit activities
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff
• Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and ongoing system optimization

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA or CMA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience working in a publicly traded company required
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal controls
• Knowledgeable in ERP systems
• Solid understanding of basic ERP functionality and ability to leverage systems to improve accounting processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
