Job Responsibility
Issue and send invoices accurately and on time
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities
Maintain and update accruals
Perform bank reconciliations and review cash statements
Provide payroll support, including data tracking and coordination
Assist with HR-related tasks and administrative support
Administer commuter benefits programs
Support Flexible Spending Account (FSA) administration
Requirements
Experience handling document control responsibilities in an administrative, records, or operational environment
Proficiency in scanning high volumes of documents with strong attention to image quality and file accuracy
Ability to organize, compile, and maintain records in a clear and systematic manner
Strong attention to detail when reviewing documentation for completeness and consistency
Comfortable working with both physical files and digital document repositories
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize routine and deadline-driven tasks
Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating document needs with internal stakeholders
