Job Description:

The Controller will be responsible for ensuring compliance within the manufacturing sector, overseeing cost accounting, consolidations, financial reporting, budgeting, general ledger responsibilities, assisting with payroll tax processing, creating financial forecasting coordinating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes, and implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Job Responsibility:

Review and manage accounting operations
Oversee the month end close process
Develop financial strategies
Expense Variance Review
Prepare financial statements and reports
Account Reconciliations
Consolidate financial data
Internal Control Monitoring
Assist with internal/external audit preparation
Coach, Train, Mentor financial staff

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
10+ years of strong Month End Close and Financial Reporting experience
CPA highly preferred
Manufacturing a plus
Experience with consolidations, international accounting, and FP&A
Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice to have:

Manufacturing experience
CPA certification
