Controller

This position plays a critical leadership role in overseeing all financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance across accounting, reporting, and internal controls. The person holding this position is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions, preparing consolidated financial statements, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. As a key member of the management team, the Controller will work closely with executive leadership to guide fiscal planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong financial health across multiple real estate development projects and affiliated entities.
