Job Description:

Controller position with a locally-owned real estate and construction company in Southern Maine

Requirements:

7+ years' progressive Accounting Management experience
Full-cycle general ledger through month-end close
QuickBooks and Advanced Excel
AP / AR, Payroll
Forecasting/Budgeting & Financial Reports
Industry experience in real estate, hospitality or construction
Supervise team of 3-4
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, MBA or similar
