Controller

• Manage all daily accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll coordination, monthly close, and account reconciliations
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and dashboards
• support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Maintain financial systems (QuickBooks, Salesforce) and ensure proper coding, data integrity, and compliance with GAAP and nonprofit standards
• Lead audit and tax preparation activities, including schedules, documentation, and support for regulatory filings
• Provide financial guidance to staff, oversee internal controls, ensure donor‑restricted fund compliance, and drive process improvements across the organization

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education
• 5+ years of current non-profit accounting experience
• Ability to lead and develop finance teams
• QuickBooks desktop experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
