Controller

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration with attention to detail
• Manage and oversee all aspects of full-cycle accounting, including monthly financial reporting and reconciliation
• Drive the budgeting process, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure financial stability
• Develop and refine financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency
• Deliver accurate financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making across departments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage external reporting requirements
• Lead audit preparation and facilitate annual reporting processes with precision and timeliness
• Optimize business office operations through training programs, performance reviews, and hands-on support

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field
• A minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems
• Willingness to travel as needed to support organizational functions

Certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred but not mandatory
