We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead and manage our organization's financial operations. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy of financial data, compliance with regulations, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records with applicable regulations and standards
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow strategies to support organizational goals
Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for review by senior leadership
Collaborate with payroll and regulatory compliance services to ensure operational efficiency
Conduct financial analyses to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations
Supervise and mentor the accounting team to encourage attention to detail and growth
Utilize advanced Excel and QuickBooks Pro tools for accurate reporting and data analysis
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing month-end close processes effectively
Healthcare industry experience
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and financial forecasting
Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Pro for accounting tasks
Strong skills in preparing and analyzing financial statements
Ability to create and manage cash flow forecasts
Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and support the team
