We are seeking a talented Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily cash accounting activities and working directly with the CFO. In a small agency environment, this role is hands-on, requiring a blend of critical thinking and day-to-day accounting tasks. Job Responsibility:

  • Managing daily cash accounting activities and working directly with the CFO
  • Agency Accounting & Media and Social Media Billing
  • Assist with overseeing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, month-end activities and cash flow management
  • Set up and manage client/project codes, including tracking time and expense billing.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or related experience equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 plus years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a creative, marketing, or advertising agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
