Job Description:

This Controller role is for a well-established small company. This is a hands-on role and reports to the CEO. Core responsibilities include managing general accounting, month-end close, financial reporting and analysis, budget preparation and analysis, and implementing efficiencies to policies and procedures and internal controls.

Requirements:

BS in Accounting or Finance
5+ years as a Controller in a small to midsized manufacturing company
strong general accounting experience
oversight of AR and AP
experience identifying needs and implementing improvements to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
