Seeking experienced Controller to lead comprehensive accounting and financial operations for multiple entities within our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to oversee daily accounting processes, financial reporting, and payroll while ensuring compliance and efficiency across all financial activities. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining accuracy, streamlining systems, and collaborating with various teams to achieve organizational goals.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closings
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Supervise and mentor a Senior Accountant, providing guidance and ensuring team productivity
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulations
Coordinate with external tax professionals to manage tax preparation and filings, including sales tax returns
Support cash management and treasury functions to optimize financial resources

Administer and maintain accounting systems such as QuickBooks Enterprise and Order Time, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency
Handle inventory management, purchasing processes, and intercompany transfers to ensure operational accuracy
Calculate employee commissions and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of data between Salesforce and QuickBooks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with financial tools and processes such as general ledger management, consolidated financial statements, and cash flow analysis
Experience in manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory control processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent organizational and communication abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
