Job Responsibility

  • Lead the preparation and review of monthly and year-end financial reporting packages, including key business performance indicators
  • Provide financial insights and variance analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting activities to help drive business planning
  • Oversee treasury activities and cash position management to maintain healthy working capital
  • Maintain strong financial governance practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and reporting standards
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, improve efficiencies, and leverage technology across finance functions
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Partner with leadership on financial systems optimization, upgrades, and process integration initiatives
  • Coordinate corporate tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and support the accounting team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and provide financial leadership on operational and strategic initiatives
