Controller

• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Develop and implement budgets and forecasts to guide decision-making and support organizational goals
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies in all financial activities
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
• Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Manage month-end closing processes, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and reports are finalized
• Utilize tools such as SAP and Sage systems to streamline financial operations and reporting
• Oversee annual financial reporting processes, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support forecasting and modeling efforts to optimize financial planning

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in a Controller or financial leadership role
• Proficiency in cost accounting and financial management practices
• Strong familiarity with SAP and Sage
• Expertise in financial reporting standards, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards
