Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with preference for advanced certifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management within manufacturing or inventory-focused industries
  • Proficiency in navigating ERP and accounting systems, with experience in Adjutant being highly advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting principles and inventory valuation techniques
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing small accounting teams
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modeling for accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting organizational goals
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
