Controller

• Lead all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Prepare and present detailed financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to executive leadership
• Oversee and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for various business units
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local financial regulations, maintaining full compliance
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance efficiency
• Coordinate and support audit processes, liaising with external auditors as needed
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to finance and accounting staff
• Collaborate with property managers and operational leaders to optimize financial performance
• Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable recommendations to improve profitability and manage costs
• Evaluate financial aspects of contracts, capital expenditures, and new business opportunities to support decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, including at least 2 years in a senior or controller position
• Proven expertise in hospitality accounting systems and industry-specific metrics
• Advanced skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and budget management
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills
