Controller

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including preparation of site financial statements in compliance with US standards
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls across sites to ensure audit readiness and compliance
• Manage cost accounting processes with a focus on standard costing, inventory valuation, and analysis of capitalized variances
• Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies through detailed root-cause analysis
• Utilize financial systems to monitor production order tracking, costing, and reporting, identifying and addressing any gaps
• Deliver in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions in operations, supply chain, and general management
• Lead the development and maintenance of budgets, rolling forecasts, and capital investment plans
• Foster a collaborative team culture that emphasizes ownership, accountability, and performance
• Act as a trusted financial partner to the General Manager, contributing insights to daily operations and strategic planning
• Collaborate with corporate finance, external auditors, and other stakeholders as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in cost accounting and tracking manufacturing variances
• Hands-on experience managing or supporting profit and loss statements
• Proficiency in financial systems such as Acumatica, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and compliance standards
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while delivering high-quality results

Experience with system implementation or improvements is a plus
