Controller

• Manage and perform month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with the current Controller to review and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes
• Assist in auditing processes and ensure all financial records are properly documented and organized
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in accounting procedures and implement best practices
• Provide support for budget preparation and forecasting activities
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting tasks and deliverables
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records

• Proven experience in accounting or financial management, preferably at a Controller level
• Strong knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with team members
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
