Job Responsibility:
Manage all accounting operations, including general ledger activities, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and monthly closings
Monitor and optimize cash management processes
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements
Approve journal entries, reconciliations, invoices, and credit card transactions
Oversee invoicing processes, accounts receivable aging, and collections
Collaborate with external auditors, CPAs, and tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax filings and audits
Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Expertise in cash management, internal controls, and general ledger operations
Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
