Controller

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting processes, including inventories, work centers, and bill of materials
• Handle treasury management and prepare reports that meet covenant requirements
• Collaborate across departments to provide insights and support decision-making through financial data
• Perform bank account reconciliations and ensure timely completion of all related tasks
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve efficiency
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to align financial plans with company goals
• Support audits and ensure all documentation is prepared and available for review
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and execute strategies to optimize financial workflows

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong focus on manufacturing
• Proven expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, including inventories, bill of materials, and work centers
• Experience working in smaller organizations with limited resources, requiring adaptability and initiative
• Familiarity with treasury management and covenant reporting requirements
• Proficiency in financial reporting and bank account reconciliation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
