Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
Implement and maintain effective document control systems to organize and safeguard critical records
Review, scan, and archive documents to ensure accessibility and accuracy
Compile, analyze, and report financial data to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with team members to streamline document management processes and enhance efficiency
Conduct audits to verify the integrity and completeness of financial and administrative documents
Monitor and reconcile financial statements to identify and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized records of transactions and ensure proper documentation is available for audits
Train and support staff in document scanning and data management procedures
Develop and enforce policies for secure handling and storage of sensitive information
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and document control
Automotive Dealership accounting is required
Proficiency in document scanning and archiving systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to document management
Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
