Job Responsibility:
Maintain the general ledger and other critical records with precision and timeliness
Prepare accurate financial reports in line with organizational standards
File regulatory reports as required, ensuring adherence to all guidelines
Reconcile and balance all general ledger accounts to maintain financial accuracy
Organize work papers for annual audits and act as the primary liaison with external auditors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of experience in accounting
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a financial setting
Proven ability to analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies effectively
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time efficiently
Familiarity with document control, scanning, month-end close processes, and financial reporting
Commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance in all financial operations
