We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Santa Ana, California. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in construction accounting and financial management. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction accounting, including job costing and financial reporting
  • Manage the month-end close process and ensure accuracy in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial statements
  • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies to support organizational goals
  • Monitor cash flow and banking activities to maintain financial health
  • Prepare consolidated financial reports for multiple entities while ensuring compliance with regulations
