Controller

• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Perform detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to maintain financial integrity
• Manage accounts payable operations and oversee purchasing activities, supervising a team of two
• Monitor and maintain records of fixed assets, ensuring proper accounting and compliance
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet statements to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to optimize workflows
• Provide support during audits and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Utilize NetSuite and GP systems to manage financial data effectively and efficiently

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial or accounting leadership role
• Proficiency in month-end close processes and balance sheet account reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and purchasing operations
• Experience managing fixed assets and preparing financial statements
• Familiarity with NetSuite and GP systems is strongly preferred
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
