Job Responsibility:
Prepare and manage budgets for multiple properties, ensuring alignment with financial goals
Develop and submit draw requests for property developments while maintaining compliance with requirements
Perform asset management accounting tasks, including tracking expenses and revenues for active properties
Generate detailed financial reports and present them to ownership, showcasing key insights and findings
Oversee the financial processes for properties under development, ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed
Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
Monitor and adapt to changes within the real estate portfolio, including property acquisitions and dispositions
Coordinate billing and collections for short-term property holdings, ensuring smooth transitions during sales
Act as the primary accounting resource, handling all property management-related financial tasks independently
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or real estate accounting
Extensive knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and asset management within the real estate sector
Ability to manage multiple properties and adapt to a changing portfolio environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle complex accounting processes
Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data and insights to ownership
